Hi Danielle,

You should try using out new student help desk. They can reset your password for you and you can reach them via phone, email, or im. Here is the page for the student help desk.

Hope this helps

I keep getting this error message when I try to log into the Blackboard
"Invalid access to memory location"

I have a test to complete online by Monday.

Any suggestions?

Autumm Caines

Hi Faith,

You were getting an error message because Blackboard services had been down, they were restored at 11pm on the 23rd.

Thanks for posting to the blog, it is always great to hear from students. However, your technical questions can be handled much better at our student technical help desk, you can reach them at 1-800-OCC-4-HELP.
